Free parking
The staff was amazing. The previous night at a different location, we were put right on Lombard with a window facing Lombard and it was so noisy all night and early morning that we couldn’t sleep. They wouldn’t move us to a different room. The guys here were super accommodating and put us in room 120 I believe. It was so nice and quiet. Thanks guys! They also gave me ideas on where we could go within walking distance for food which was appreciated. I appreciate your excellent service so much! The room was clean. The shower was nice too. The beds were comfy for us. The location was just right for us. The lit parking was just what we needed.
Located close to everything we needed.
It is well situated on the Lombard street. Apartment for 6 is on the third floor, so it has a slightly better view than the second floor. But there's no elevator (which was fine with us, just so you know :))

It was very clean and sheets and towels were changed daily! The location was amazing only one block down from the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants and felt really safe as a 20 year old girl travelling with two friends. Highly recommend this motel, the staff are really lovely and helpful!
The location was within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf, all the piers and plenty of places to get food.
Great location in the centre surrounded by bars and shops, walking distance to beach and Golden gate. Good orientation to the courtyard that the street noise is not disturbing. Clean, staff helpful.

The location was nice and lots of areas to go near the hotel. The hotel was affordable, I would've been very pleased with this hotel if our situation had been resolved. The beds were comfy, good set of channels, and the AC worked well.

Staff was nice, and check in and out was a breeze.very quiet and a close walk to public transport to go down to Pier 39. Free parking at the motel was a huge plus, too

This is an incredible value for a stay in this location - one of the best and most affluent neighborhoods in SF, walking distance from the Marina, Palace of Fine Arts, and Golden Gate. I was utterly surprised that it was at all possible to find something in this price range in that location. This is probably one of the most expensive neighborhoods in San Francisco. And on top of it, parking is included. The accommodation itself is decent - it is a typical motel (a piece of Americana for our dear international guests), but it has everything I needed and was clean enough. Not immaculate, but perfectly acceptable. I would much rather get middle of the road quality than not be able to afford it. I saw some other comments about the staff on here - the front desk was absolutely wonderful to me and I spoke to three different shifts. They were really friendly and welcoming. I had an issue with a light bulb in my room and they fixed it immediately and were really nice about it.
Location is very good, easy to access many places in town just by walking. Free parking, but not guaranteed to have space. Room was cleaned everyday, which was nice. Good and helpful staff
